CK6140 CNC lathe machine is a Mechanics machine is suitable for processing short shaft, mechanical parts, one time programmable input can provide a mechanical parts of the outer circle, hole, screw, complex curved surface processing. Widely used in machinery, automobile, motorcycles, oil pump and oil nozzle, chemical, instrumentation, medical industry parts machining.
Product features:
1 Horizontal flat bed structure; the main components are made of high strength material for resin sand casting, full of aging, guide track by high frequency induction hardening process to assure the stability of long-term use.
2 Spindle frequency control, spindle spindle-type structure, with high speed, high precision, rigidity and thermal deformation of small, stable running, low noise characteristics.
3 CK6140 CNC lathe machine tools vertical and horizontal axis using direct-coupled servo motor, precision ball screw transmission, pulse encoder position feedback closed-loop control system, each axis fast response, high precision and long life. Screw selection bearings contact angle is 60° special thrust angular contact bearings for screw, can withstand high axial loads to ensure rigidity and precision of the feed gear.
4 Selection of oil lubrication Automatic intermittent electric lubrication pump.
5 Full protective design of CNC machine tool structure, beautiful and pleasant, waterproof, reliable, easy to chip.
