Extra-large column stability, "herringbone" column structure, high-speed displacement without vibration,no deformation,rapid traverse speed up to 48m/min, Z-axis is driven by a braked servo motor, with no counterweight design, to enhance the Z=axis drive performance, the implementation of 3D machining, to achieve the best surface accuracy.All three axes adopt roller linear guides with high rigidity, low noise and low friction characteristics to obtain the best rounding accuracy. The ball screw adopts pre-tensioned structure at both ends, and the servo motor and ball screw are directly connected to each other, resulting in high speed and high positioning accuracy, and the Y-axis of some models adopts a four-guide design.
